RENEWAL OF GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY- QUOTATIONS CALLED FOR:
Competitive Quotations are called from the interested parties for renewal of our Group Health Insurance Policy No. 140432528120000006 w.e.f. 26.09.2026.
- Special conditions for coverage under new Policy is attached separately
- Our existing external TPA is M/s. Vidal Health TPA Pvt. Ltd.
- If any in-house TPA is available with the Insurance Companies, then Quotations shall be submitted for both in-house and external TPA with M/s. Vidal Health TPA Pvt. Ltd separately.
- Employee data, Existing Policy copy, Claim analysis Report for last 3 years, claim dump for present policy etc. are attached separately.
- Last date to receive the quotations is 10 th September 2026 before 5.00 pm.
- Management reserves the right either to accept or reject the quotations submitted and decision of the Management is final in finalization of the parties for renewal of the Policy.

The Central Arecanut and Cocoa Marketing and Processing Co-operative Limited (The CAMPCO Ltd)., Mangalore invites sealed tenders from the suppliers/manufacturers for 20,000 numbers of Chocolate Display Boxes (Metal)as detailed below:
The Specifications of the Display Boxes Requested are as below:
- Material: Cold Rolled Steel Sheet, with the Thickness of 22 gauge (body of the Display Box and Frame).
- Size: Width – 14 inches * Length – 14 inches * Back Height – 7.5 inches * Front Height – 5 inches. The Door Frame width is 1.25 inches (0.75 inches Frame towards Glass and 0.50 inches Frame towards Down, comprise to the total of 1.25 inches) and covered with a Glass Thickness of 3mm or non-breakable acrylic sheet with 3mm thickness and rubber beading covered all four sides of the glass/acrylic sheets. A small holder measuring Length of 1.5 inches * Width of 1 inches at back side center part of the door with a hole for locking purpose.Name Plate Space: 2.5 inches (CAMPCO Logo in 2 inches of Size & name CAMPCO CHOCOLATES in 1.5 inches of size).

- Packing: To avoid breakage, place two display boxes in a 5-ply corrugated box by placing a thermocol sheet measuring width 14 inches * length 14 inches * 1.5 inches thickness in the middle of two boxes (method of packing display boxes in a corrugated box, one box facing the glass upper side, thermocol on top of the glass, second box facing the glass side downward/top of the thermocol).
- Terms and Conditions:
- The participants in the tender shall obtain the Tender Form from the above-mentioned address (between 10.00AM to 04.00PM during Working Days) upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand Only) incl. GST through NEFT/RTGS/UPI. The payment shall be made in the same name as that of the Bidder submitting the Tender. The bid is considered as valid only if the payment transaction/receipt shall be enclosed along with the Tender submission.
- The participants in the tender shall make an interest-free and fully refundable EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) payment of Rs. 5,00,000.00 (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) through Demand Draft(DD) only. The DD shall be in favour of – The Managing Director, THE CAMPCO LTD. For the non-selected bidders, the EMD shall be refunded immediately after shortlisting and finalization of the supplier. In the case of the Supplier, the EMD amount will be converted as interest-free Security Deposit & shall be refunded after 12 months of their final invoice. The bid is considered as valid only if a copy of the payment transaction/receipt shall be enclosed along with the Tender submission.
- Sample Display Box: The Supplier or Manufacturer who partakes in Tender shall submit a Sample Display Box exactly as stated in the above specifications. The Display Boxes received as samples shall be treated as free-of-cost (FOC) items. Tender submitted without sample are liable for rejection.
- Production Facility: Supplier/Manufacturer of the Display Boxes should be capable of manufacturing the display boxes in their own facility.
- Delivery of Display Boxes: We requests the bidder to quote the per unit price by considering the mentioned delivery address and the required number of units for the supply in the schedule. The Service Provider may make part-supplies in lots of a minimum 1,000 unit of Display Boxes each.

- Replacement of Damaged Display Boxes: At the time of Quality Check during delivery at the above-mentioned address, if any Products are found damaged, the Supplier/Manufacturer shall replace the same quantity of Products with new, undamaged ones at no additional cost.
- KYC Submission: The Suppliers/Manufacturers submitting Tenders shall also furnish the following self-attested KYC documents along with the Quotation:
- Aadhar Card Copy
- Pan Card Copy
- GST Registration Certificate
- Copy of Bank Passbook or Cancelled Cheque
- Time of Completion: 60 days from the date of Work Order.
- Payment Method: Payment shall be processed against the Invoice only upon receipt of the material at specified location satisfactorily. No advance payment will be made under any circumstances.
Sealed Tenders for the above along with the Sample Material should reach us on or before 01.10.2026, 01.00PM to the above mentioned address. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 03.00 P.M. in presence of the bidders who present at H.O. Mangalore and also the Sample Materials received from the bidder will be reviewed for the final selection of the Supplier.
