Quotation called for Printing and supply of Books and Forms

Sealed quotations are invited for printing and supply of Books and Forms from the Printers subject to the terms and conditions stipulated hereunder:

  1. The quality of the papers to be used for various items of work shall be as per the specifications given against each item. Otherwise, such materials will be rejected without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  2. The printing and binding work shall be clean, elegant, and neat.
  3. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes and shall remain in force until the entire quantity is delivered.
  4. Only the ordered quantity will be accepted.
  5. The specifications of forms and registers shall be as mentioned in the schedule enclosed. If any party requires further clarification, the same may be obtained from the Stationery Section at The CAMPCO Ltd., H.O, Mangalore, on all working days.
  6. The successful Bidder has to remit Security deposit to the extent of 10% of the cost of the work allotted which will be refunded on satisfactorily completion of the order placed. No interest will be paid on Security deposit.
  7. The Security deposit amount shall be remitted within 10 days of the communication of the acceptance of the Quotation cum placing of order as a token of confirmation failing which, such order will stand cancelled.
  8. The supply of items shall be made within 40 days from the date of confirmation of the order; otherwise, the security deposit shall be forfeited.
  9. The Managing Director reserves the right to reject/accept any of the Quotation without assigning any reason.
  10. The delivery shall be made at our Head Office, Mangalore free of cost.
  11. Samples of the paper, files, and envelopes should be supplied along with the quotation.
  12. The envelope containing quotations shall be superscribed as “Quotation for Printing and supply of books and forms” and shall be addressed to the Managing Director, The CAMPCO Ltd., P.B. No. 223, Varanashi Towers, Mission Street, Mangalore – 575001.
  13. The last date for receiving the quotation is 12/01/2026 at the Head Office, Mangalore.
  14. The quotation shall be opened on 12/01/2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of those who have submitted the quotations, at CAMPCO H.O, Mangalore

QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF A-TWILL GUNNY BAGS

Tenders are invited for the supply of 12 loads of A-Twill gunny bags. The A-Twill gunny bags shall conform in all respects to the latest BIS specifications, as amended from time to time. All jute bags/sacking shall be manufactured entirely from INDIAN JUTE and should be print “MANUFACTURED IN INDIA” on every pack sheet of the Bale.

The sealed cover, duly superscribed as “QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF A-TWILL GUNNY BAGS OF INDIAN MILL” and containing the quotation duly filled in the prescribed format, should be addressed to the Managing Director of the institution and must reach this office on or before 09/01/2026 by 03.00 PM.

This Tender includes Tender and Negotiation

The last date for receipt of quotations is 09/01/2026 before 03:00 PM. The tender will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of the tenderers/bidders at The CAMPCO Ltd., Mangaluru. Final negotiation, if required, will be conducted at that time.

Terms and Conditions

1. Quality & Size

  • a) A-Twill: 44” × 26.5” HD, Ex. 2.5/8 lbs, 1200 gms, 8 × 9, 3 Blue Stripes, Union Sewn, 1/B – 400 pcs, BIS Specification
  • b) A-Twill: 44” × 28” HD, Ex. 2.5/8 lbs, 1230 gms, 8 × 9, 3 Blue Stripes, Union Sewn, 1/B – 400 pcs, BIS Specification

Only the specified quality mentioned above shall be supplied against the order.

2. Price: The price shall be quoted per bag. Prices shall be quoted as BASIC RATE + GST. The basic price shall be inclusive of all other taxes, transportation of the specified quantity to branches, unloading charges, etc., excluding GST.

3. Manufacturing & Marking: Every bag shall be manufactured fully from INDIAN JUTE, and the name of the manufacturer shall be printed on the pack sheet of each bale.

4. Sample: One sample bag shall be enclosed with the quotation. The supplied bags must strictly match the approved sample. Damaged new gunny bags shall be replaced without fail.

5. Quantity:

  • Karnataka:
    • Size 44” × 26.5” – 2 Loads
    • Size 44” × 28” – 8 Loads
  • Kerala:
    • Size 44” × 26.5” – 2 Loads

Total (Karnataka & Kerala: 12 Loads. The exact quantity may be increased or decreased at the time of placing the order.

6. Delivery: Immediate / As specified in the Purchase Order, FOR Branches.

7. Documents: Mill Certificate, Mill’s BIS Accreditation License Number, and Inspection Report shall be enclosed along with the invoices.

8. Security Deposit: The dealer/manufacturer shall furnish a Security Deposit of ₹3,00,000/- through Demand Draft (DD) or NEFT along with the quotation. The Security Deposit of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after the completion of the bidding process. The security deposit of the successful bidder shall be retained for a period of at least three (3) months after receipt of the last consignment.

9. Payment: Payment shall be made within 45 days from the date of receipt of goods and acceptance of quality. Supplied gunny bags must strictly match the approved sample.

10. The CAMPCO Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

Sealed tenders are invited from eligible and experienced Civil Contractors for the work detailed below, through a Two-Bid / Two-Cover System.

Commercial (Price) Bids of only those bidders who are found Technically Qualified will be opened at a later date, in the presence of the shortlisted bidders. Date shall be intimated separately.
