Sealed tenders are invited from eligible and experienced Civil Contractors for the work detailed below, through a Two-Bid / Two-Cover System.

Tendering System: The tender shall be invited under the Two Bid / Two Cover System, consisting of:
- Cover–1: Technical Bid along with EMD (DD)
- Cover–2: Commercial (Price) Bid
Both bids shall be submitted together in separate sealed covers.
Availability of Tender Forms: From 08.01.2026 to 06.02.2026 during office hours (10.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M.) at CAMPCO Head Office.
Last Date & Time for Submission: 07.02.2026 up to 3.00 P.M.
Opening of Technical Bids: 07.02.2026 at 4.00 P.M. at CAMPCO Head Office, Mangalore.
Commercial (Price) Bids of only those bidders who are found Technically Qualified will be opened at a later date, in the presence of the shortlisted bidders. Date shall be intimated separately.
Note: Tender participants are requested to go through the Pre Qualification (Bid Qualification Criteria) available on the CAMPCO website (www.campco.org). Only those bidders who fulfil the prescribed Pre Qualification Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate.
CAMPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
