This initiative was introduced to strengthen farmer livelihoods, reduce dependence on intermediaries, and stabilize prices during market fluctuations. By procuring quality coconuts and copra directly from growers and cooperatives, CAMPCO ensured transparency, quality assurance, and timely payments, while also diversifying its procurement portfolio in alignment with its farmer-centric cooperative values.
