This is to inform all concerned bidders and stakeholders that the Request for Selection (RFS) No: 01/420kWp dated 23.02.2026, issued for the Implementation of Grid Connected SRTPV System, has been postponed until further notice.

This decision has been taken due to recent government regulations. The revised schedule and further details will be communicated in due course.

All bidders are requested to take note of the same.

The last date for submission of Tender form is 16.04.2026 up to 3.15 P.M. at the office of CAMPCO Chocolate Factory Puttur. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.30 P.M. in the presence of bidders.

The CAMPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any tenders without assigning any reason what so ever and also to conduct negotiation.

Invitation for Quotations from Digital Marketing and Social Media Management Agencies

The CAMPCO Ltd., the leading Multistate Co-Operative invites quotations from reputed and experienced Digital Marketing / Social Media Management agencies based in and around Dakshina Kannada and Udupi District only for managing its Social media and Digital marketing activities.

Under Social media management, Primary task is to handle and manage our brands pages Campcochocolates and CampcoCalpa which has got separate Instagram and Facebook accounts. Campco is also on LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube.

As a part of Digital marketing, we have our Campco chocolate products on the ecommerce platform Amazon and Chitki. Campco chocolates is also available on Campco’s ecommerce website campcocart.com.

Scope for Work

1. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

a) Content Strategy & Planning:

  • Independently develop monthly content calendars for both brands, aligning with festivals, product launches, product recall, seasonal campaigns, National and international observance days and Offline events and brand promotions ensuring accuracy on par with the standards of Co-operative.
  • Ensure that all content planning reflects and upholds the values, ethics, and principles of the Co-operative structure, maintaining a responsible and authentic brand voice
  • Conceptualize and propose creative content ideas highlighting brand values, product features, and unique selling propositions targeted at the right audience segments in line with competitive brands.
  • Recommend and implement strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and performance on social media platforms in line with current trends

b) Content Creation & Publishing:

  • Independently create and design high-quality creatives including static posts, reels, GIFs, storytelling formats, and videos, maintaining a balanced mix of educational, promotional, commercial, and engagement-driven content
  • Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional copy, optimized for discoverability and platform relevance
  • Schedule and publish posts consistently across relevant digital platforms
  • Deliver in total of 22 creatives per month each brand consisting minimum of 5 reels/ videos

c) Community engagement:

  • Monitor and manage positive and negative comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms
  • Respond to customer queries and feedback in coordination with the internal team, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Plan and execute interactive engagement activities such as contests, polls, and discussions to improve reach and audience interaction

d) Promotions and Campaigns

Online

  • Conceptualize and execute integrated social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and promote User Generated Content (UGC) campaigns to enhance customer participation and brand engagemen
  • Plan and execute video-first campaigns including reels, short videos, and brand storytelling content in multi regional languages.
  • Identify, onboard, and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators for brand promotions on par with Brand and budget suitability
  • Sound and practical knowledge of paid campaign on social media . Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads), with a strong understanding of campaign objectives and optimization technique
  • Drive e-commerce and quick commerce promotions including offers, discounts, seasonal campaigns, and coupon strategies etc.

Offline

  • Plan and support retail promotions and in-store branding activities
  • Coordinate sampling campaigns and product demonstrations
  • Support and manage participation in events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
  • Design and implement interactive on-ground engagement activities such as product sampling drives, quizzes, games, selfie booths, drawing competitions, brand interaction sessions, and talent-based activities at malls, educational institutions, and public venues aligned with occasions.
  • Ensure all offline activities are digitally amplified through real-time content creation, reels, customer testimonials, and social media engagement
  • Liaise effectively with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permissions for conducting on-ground activities
  • Execute CSR and brand storytelling initiatives at ground level.

2. DIGITAL MARKETING:

a) Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand presence across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms beyond existing channels such as Amazon and Chitki.
  • Define channel-wise strategies for Campco’s ecommerce website Campcocart , existing ecommerce platforms and to be onboarded Qcommerce platforms
  • Recommend innovative digital initiatives to enhance online visibility, customer acquisition, and retention

b) Marketplace & E-commerce / Qcommerce Management

  • Manage and optimize product listings on existing platforms including Amazon and Chitki, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and visibility
  • Drive traffic and sales for the official e-commerce platform Campcocart through targeted campaigns
  • Identify, evaluate, and facilitate onboarding on new e-commerce and quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.)
  • Hands on experience on dealing with various shipping partners related to Digital marketing
  • Coordinate with platform partners for cataloging, promotions, and performance optimization
  • Monitor stock availability, pricing competitiveness, and platform performance
  • Assist internal team in case of technical issue in these platforms
  • Experience in responding to customer queries and feedback in coordination with the Company team.

3. PERFORMANCE MARKETING:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.)
  • Run conversion-focused campaigns for website and marketplace sales
  • Execute retargeting campaigns to improve conversions and reduce cart abandonment
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights, audience behavior, and ROI

4. SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION AND CAMPAIGN INTEGRATION

  • Improve visibility of Campcocart through on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Optimize product pages, keywords, and content to improve organic search rankings
  • Ensure website is updated with latest products, offers, banners, and campaigns
  • Coordinate for improving user experience (UX), page speed, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

5. DATA ANALYTICS AND REPORTING:

  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics of social media pages , digital marketing platforms , website traffic, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and sales performance
  • Monitor performance across all e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
  • Provide monthly performance and review reports of social media pages, Ecommerce/Qcommerce platforms , Campcocart website with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and strategies based on data-driven decision making

CRITERIA:

  • Should be based in and around Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts only.
  • Should be present for In person meeting at Campco Headoffice , Mangaluru per week with your team consisting Client manager , Social media team ,Creative team, performance analysis team and Digital marketing team for better understanding and a fruitful results
  • At least 5 years of prior experience in scope of work mentioned on FMCG and food sector marketing, preferably handling chocolates, confectionery , edible oil brands.
  • Should have a good market reputation with positive client feedback.
  • Must be proactive in trend-spotting, crisis management, and quick response to negative feedback or compliance issues.

  • Social media handles of the clients you have worked with.
  • Client’s portfolios and references with the concern contact number from similar industries as per the scope of work

Commercials must include,

  • Total monthly service charges for the Scope of work as mentioned .
    (Additional expenses for Paid Ads , Meta Ads , Google Ads , Influencer campaign, Offline and Online paid activities will be extra depending on budget and as and when occurs )
