Invitation for Quotations from Digital Marketing and Social Media Management Agencies

The CAMPCO Ltd., the leading Multistate Co-Operative invites quotations from reputed and experienced Digital Marketing / Social Media Management agencies for managing its online presence, promotional activities, and e-commerce / Q- commerce.

SCOPE OF WORK:

  1. Content Strategy & Planning
      • Develop monthly content calendars for both brands, aligning with festivals, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and offline events.( Minimum 20 each promotional social media posts and 2 each shorts videos for Campco Chocolates and Campco Calpa Coconut Oil )
      • Propose creative concepts highlighting brand values and unique product benefit
  2. Content Creation & Publishing
      • Design creatives, videos, reels, GIFs, promotional materials, and POS (Point-of-Sale) collateral suitable for each target audience.
      • Draft engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional copy for posts and offline campaigns.
      • Schedule and publish posts consistently across relevant digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  3. Community Engagement
      • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on all brand pages.
      • Respond to customer queries and feedback in coordination with the Company team.
      • Manage contests, polls, and interactive engagement activities to increase visibility.
  4. Promotions & Campaigns (Online & Offline)
      • Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns to improve reach and generate leads/sales.
      • Suggest influencer tie-ups, collaborations, and digital campaigns for wider reach.
      • Support offline marketing initiatives such as:
        o Event participation (exhibitions, trade fairs, food festivals).
        o In-store branding & display materials.
        o Festive promotions, product sampling, and roadshows.
        o Experience on creation of mock ups, product design , posters/banner designing.
  5. Analytics & Reporting
      • Track post reach, engagement, follower growth, campaign performance, and offline campaign impact.
      • Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
      • Measure ROI of campaigns (digital + offline) and suggest budget optimization.
  6. Reputation & Brand Management
      • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels (online & offline).
      • Handle negative comments/feedback online and escalate issues wherever required.
      • Ensure proactive trend-spotting and competitor monitoring.
  7. SEO & Hashtag Optimization
      • Suggest keyword-rich captions and hashtags to improve discoverability.
      • Align social media posts with Google search trends for stronger online presence.
  8. Archiving & Knowledge Sharing
      • Maintain a digital repository of all creatives, videos, reports, and campaign details for company reference.
      • Archive offline campaign designs and results for future benchmarking.
      • Share insights from successful campaigns in similar FMCG/food industries.
  9. Cross-Platform & Cross-Medium Integration
      • Ensure uniform communication across all platforms (website, e-commerce product pages, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
      • Align online campaigns with offline promotions, exhibitions, and festive events.
      • Support sales and distribution teams with integrated marketing materials.
  10. E-commerce & Quick Commerce Management
      • Independently Create , manage and update product listings on CAMPCO’s Ecommerce website and other leading Ecommerce / Quick Commerce websites like Amazon , Flipkart , Blinkit , Instamart Swiggy etc.
      • Optimize product details, images, and descriptions for better visibility and compliance.
      • Monitor stock status, reviews, and platform-specific promotions.
      • Coordinate with internal teams for timely catalogue updates.
  11. Strategic Consultation
      • Provide insights on competitor activities and industry trends.
      • Recommend seasonal, festival-specific, and regional marketing campaigns.
      • Support the Company in aligning online + offline marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Agencies must meet the following minimum requirements:

  1. Relevant Industry Experience
      • The agency should have proven experience in FMCG and food sector marketing, preferably handling chocolates, confectionery, and cooking oil brands.
      • Case studies or client references from similar industries should be submitted for review.
  2. Minimum Years of Experience
      • The agency should have at least 5 years of prior experience in digital marketing and brand management.
      • Demonstrated expertise in both digital and offline campaigns will be an added advantage.
  3. Accessibility & Responsiveness
      • The agency should be easily accessible at their own cost for coordination, queries, and urgent requirements in person.
      • Turnaround time for routine deliverables (creatives, posts, reports) should be clearly defined.
  4. Budget Suitability
      • The agency should provide cost-effective solutions aligned with company’s marketing budget.
      • Pricing proposals must include clear breakdowns for social media management, paid ads, influencer collaborations, e-commerce listings, and offline event support.
      • Hidden charges should be avoided, and flexibility for scaling campaigns should be available.
  5. Technical & Theme based Creative Capabilities
      • Strong in creative design, content development, video editing, and campaign ideation.
      • Skilled in SEO, SEM, paid ads, and e-commerce optimization.
      • Ability to manage Campco Ecommerce / Amazon/Flipkart listings and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
      • Capable of providing offline marketing support (POS materials, event branding, sampling promotions).
  6. Reporting & Transparency
      • Must provide monthly performance reports with analytics, ROI measurement, and improvement recommendations.
      • Maintain a digital repository of creatives and campaign data for future reference.
      • Regular review meetings with Company team for progress tracking.
  7. Reputation & Client Servicing
      • Should have a good market reputation with positive client feedback.
      • Must be proactive in trend-spotting, crisis management, and quick response to negative feedback or compliance issues.
