SUPPLY OF CAMPCO BRAND COPPER SULPHATE (TECHNICAL GRADE)
The Central Arecanut and Cocoa Marketing and Processing Co-operative Limited (CAMPCO Ltd.), Mangaluru, invites sealed tenders from eligible manufacturers, in the attached format, for the supply of CAMPCO Brand Technical Grade Copper Sulphate in crystalline and powder form to its branches in Kerala and Karnataka, in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed below,
1. Product Specification.

2. Packing
- 1 kg CAMPCO-branded pouch as per CAMPCO specification (Design of the pouch will be provided by CAMPCO)
- 50 pouches packed in one bag (50 kg bag) (Design of the bag will be provided by CAMPCO)
- All statutory and legal requirements to be incorporated on pouches and bags
- Labelling and packing shall comply with the latest Insecticide Amendment Rules
3. Quantity
- Approximate quantity: 282 MT Crystal, 125 MT Powder
- Quantity may vary by ±10% at the time of issuing the Purchase Order
4. Supply Schedule
- The successful bidder shall supply ninety percent (90%) of the ordered quantity during the period from 1st April 2026 to 30th April 2026. The remaining balance quantity shall be supplied as per intimation issued by the Tendering Authority. Any delay or failure in adhering to the above delivery schedule shall attract penalties and/or other actions, as stipulated in the tender conditions.
- Supply shall be on FOR basis to CAMPCO Branches in Kerala and Karnataka.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment will be released after receipt of consignment and submission of Quality Certificate from an approved laboratory / CAMPCO QC Department.
6. Statutory & Mandatory Requirements
- Valid license to sell Copper Sulphate in Karnataka / Kerala
- Manufacturing License
- Principal Certificate approved by the Directorate of Agriculture, Bengaluru
- Registration Certificate issued by the CIB & RC
- Branding / Co-branding (CAMPCO) permission from the concerned State Licensing Authority
- Undertaking / Affidavit confirming that the bidder has not been blacklisted by any Government or Public Sector organization
- GST Registration Certificate
- Proof of minimum turnover for the last three financial years
- Production capacity per month, specifying maximum production capability
- Production undertaken in the last three financial years, providing annual production details
7. Price & Quotation
- Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all costs including pouches, bags, taxes, duties, and freight up to CAMPCO branches.
- A detailed cost sheet must be enclosed with the quotation.
8.Security Deposit:
- The successful bidder shall submit a Security Deposit of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) within three (3) days from the date of issue of the Letter of Acceptance/Intimation of Selection. The Security Deposit shall be paid in the form of Demand Draft or NEFT in favour of The CAMPCO Ltd., Mangalore. Failure to submit the Security Deposit within the stipulated period shall result in cancellation of the award and forfeiture of EMD, and the tendering authority reserves the right to award the contract to the next eligible bidder in such case. The Security Deposit shall be refundable without interest after successful completion of the contract, subject to adjustment of any dues, if applicable.
9. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
- An EMD of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) shall be submitted along with the quotation.
- EMD shall be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The CAMPCO Ltd.” payable at Mangaluru.
- Quotations without EMD will be summarily rejected.
- For unsuccessful bidders, the EMD will be refunded without interest after finalization of the tender.
- For the successful bidder, the EMD will be adjusted against the Security Deposit.
10. Tender Submission.
- Sealed cover should be superscribed as: “QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF CAMPCO BRAND COPPER SULPHATE”.

11. Tender Opening
- Tenders will be opened on 30th January 2026 at 04:00 PM in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives.

TENDER NOTIFICATION
The CAMPCO Limited, Mangaluru, invites sealed tenders from eligible manufacturers/suppliers for the supply of CAMPCO Brand Hydrated Lime Powder to its branches located in Karnataka and Kerala, in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed below:
1. Product
CAMPCO Brand Hydrated Lime Powder.
2. Quality Specification
Calcium Hydroxide content: Minimum 90%
Calcium Oxide (CaO) content: Minimum 66–68%
3. Packing
1 kg retail packs (1 kg pouch, design will be provided by CAMPCO).
50 kg bulk packs (50 kg bag, design will be provided by CAMPCO).
4. Quantity
213 MT (Metric Tonnes).
Quantity may vary by ±10% at the time of issuing the Purchase Order.
5. Security Deposit (SD)
The successful tenderer shall furnish a Security Deposit (SD) of ₹1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh only) within 7 days from the date of issue of the Purchase Order.
The SD shall be retained without interest and refunded after successful completion of the contract, subject to satisfactory performance and fulfilment of all contractual obligations.
6. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
- An EMD of ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only) must accompany the tender
- EMD shall be submitted via Demand Draft in favour of “The CAMPCO Limited, Mangaluru”
- Quotations received without EMD will be summarily rejected
- EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded without interest
- EMD of the successful bidder will be adjusted against the Security Deposit
7. Price / Rate
- Rate to be quoted per kg
- FOR CAMPCO branches in Karnataka and Kerala
- Ratesshall be inclusive of all costs such as 1 kg pouches, 50 kg outer bag, cylinder cost, freight, insurance, unloading charges (₹4 per 50 kg bag), and all incidental charges
- Applicable GST will be extra, as per Government norms
8. Delivery Schedule
The successful bidder shall supply ninety percent (90%) of the ordered quantity during the period from 1st April 2026 to 30th April 2026. The remaining balance quantity shall be supplied as per intimation issued by the tendering authority.

Commercial (Price) Bids of only those bidders who are found Technically Qualified will be opened at a later date, in the presence of the shortlisted bidders. Date shall be intimated separately.
