Quotation called for Printing and supply of Books and Forms

Sealed quotations are invited for printing and supply of Books and Forms from the Printers subject to the terms and conditions stipulated hereunder:

  1. The quality of the papers to be used for various items of work shall be as per the specifications given against each item. Otherwise, such materials will be rejected without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  2. The printing and binding work shall be clean, elegant, and neat.
  3. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes and shall remain in force until the entire quantity is delivered.
  4. Only the ordered quantity will be accepted.
  5. The specifications of forms and registers shall be as mentioned in the schedule enclosed. If any party requires further clarification, the same may be obtained from the Stationery Section at The CAMPCO Ltd., H.O, Mangalore, on all working days.
  6. The successful Bidder has to remit Security deposit to the extent of 10% of the cost of the work allotted which will be refunded on satisfactorily completion of the order placed. No interest will be paid on Security deposit.
  7. The Security deposit amount shall be remitted within 10 days of the communication of the acceptance of the Quotation cum placing of order as a token of confirmation failing which, such order will stand cancelled.
  8. The supply of items shall be made within 40 days from the date of confirmation of the order; otherwise, the security deposit shall be forfeited.
  9. The Managing Director reserves the right to reject/accept any of the Quotation without assigning any reason.
  10. The delivery shall be made at our Head Office, Mangalore free of cost.
  11. Samples of the paper, files, and envelopes should be supplied along with the quotation.
  12. The envelope containing quotations shall be superscribed as “Quotation for Printing and supply of books and forms” and shall be addressed to the Managing Director, The CAMPCO Ltd., P.B. No. 223, Varanashi Towers, Mission Street, Mangalore – 575001.
  13. The last date for receiving the quotation is 12/01/2026 at the Head Office, Mangalore.
  14. The quotation shall be opened on 12/01/2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of those who have submitted the quotations, at CAMPCO H.O, Mangalore
